From the start, Big Hello was built on a clear truth: plus-size shoppers want what everyone else wants—good fits, well-made clothes, and styles that genuinely flatter. Yet most fashion brands were still designing around narrow, outdated ideas of who gets to be seen and celebrated.

The identity was crafted to feel instantly uplifting: a sunny yellow that radiates optimism and a bold, friendly logo that feels like a warm welcome. At the centre of it all sits the plus-size manifesto, a set of sharp, empowering lines like “Show up and Show Off,” capturing the brand’s unapologetic confidence. It became the thread running through every touchpoint.

The visual language celebrates movement and joy. Real moments with real bodies, dancing, laughing, living freely. For their product ranges, we created labels, tags, pocket flashers, and merchandise that shifted visually with each theme or collection, allowing the brand to express itself in multiple moods while staying unmistakably Big Hello. Oversized totes with attitude-led messaging became standout touchpoints, carrying the brand’s spirit into everyday life.

This philosophy extended seamlessly into digital. The website and app were designed to feel intuitive and reassuring, with clear navigation, thoughtful size guidance, and styling cues that make browsing easy and enjoyable.

What stands out most is how confidently the brand holds its own in a crowded market. Big Hello knows exactly who it’s speaking to, and shows up with colour, clarity, and an unmistakable sense of joy.

The visual strategy was centred around showcasing diverse body types in full action, dancing, laughing, living life to the fullest.

From the button on a pair of jeans to the tag on a pocket, we extended the Big Hello identity to these finer touches, infusing them with the bold, contemporary design that’s instantly recognizable and impossible to ignore.

For Denim Life, we built a look that blends Big Hello’s energy with a hint of retro nostalgia. The buttons, tags, and fit labels take cues from classic denim branding, reimagined in a sharper, more confident visual style.

For the website, we kept things simple and easy to navigate, with plenty of style tips and a unique size guide to help every customer find their perfect fit.
